Once a PhD candidate has sent their title page for assessment, you will receive an email containing a link directly the assessment page.
Step 1: Navigate to the assessment page
Click on the link in the email.
Step 2: Download the title page
Download the title page using the 'Download' button.
Step 3: Add your assessment
You can either fill in 'Approved' or 'Rejected'. You can also upload a feedback document using the 'Browse' button.
You can write your motivation for the assessment in the comment section.
Step 4: Submit
Once you have completed your assessment you can click on the 'Save' button to submit.
The PhD candidate will receive an email notifying them of the approval or the corrections that need to be submitted.
