Log in to your Hora Finita account.
At the bottom of your dashboard under the section 'PhD checklist' is an item 'Approving portfolio' containing the link 'request a review'. Click on this link.
If you have acquired the required number of hours you will see the following message informing you that an email has been sent to the parties responsible for reviewing your portfolio:
