Certain checkpoints have results associated with them, i.e. go/maybe/no go.
Where can I find my PhD candidate's checkpoints?
Option 1: My dashboard
On your dashboard click on the tile of the PhD candidate whose checkpoint you wish to go to.
This will take you to the PhD candidate's project.
You can view all upcoming checkpoints in the 'Upcoming checkpoints' section.
Click on a specific checkpoint to navigate to it's page.
Option 2: Checkpoints tab
You can also navigate to the overview of all planned checkpoints by:
- First clicking on the 'Progress' tab.
- Then clicking on the 'Checkpoints' tab.
Below you will see an overview of all the checkpoints from all PhD candidates you are supervising. Search for the PhD candidate or the checkpoint using the search fields. Click on a specific checkpoint to go to that checkpoint's page.
Fill in the result
On the top right-hand side of the checkpoint page under the 'Checkpoint information' section, click on the 'result' drop down menu and select a result.
You can add feedback for the checkpoint in the comments section.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on:
- 'Save' to save and go back to the previous page.
- 'Save' to save and stay on the page.
- 'Submit checkpoint' to submit the checkpoint.
